Craniosacral (CST)

for infants and children

What is CST?

Being born is hard for both mama and baby. CST sessions can help minimize the repercussions of a difficult birth and promote good heath for a baby.

We monitor the Craniosacral rhythm with gentle hands and apply gentle manipulations to correct the sources of dysfunction. We adapt our techniques to fit the attention span and needs of each individual child.

The force used is very gentile and is about the same amount of force one would use to hold up a dime on their pointer finger.

Here are some conditions that CST treatment may help with babies:

  • Nursing difficulties
  • Latch difficulties
  • Colic
  • Reflux
  • Torticollis
  • Head deformities
  • Digestive or elimination difficulties
  • Frequent ear infections
  • Delayed motor skills such as crawling or walking
  • I have been seeing Dr Brandi since I fractured my back, several years ago now. I continue to see her so I can continue my active lifestyle. At 40, I snowboard about 60 days a year, hike, do lots of yoga, and love living pain free. The font desk staff is always a delight to see. I highly recommend these guys!
